Gary is fully qualified to perform
both Holistic massage and Indian Head massage, graduating with distinction
at ITEC Level 3 for both disciplines from the Beaumont College
of Natural Medicine. He is a member of the Complementary Therapists
Association.
Gary believes that holistic therapies can
work well as an alternative form of treatment or as a complement to
conventional treatments and can significantly improve general wellbeing
and offer a positive outlook on life.
Judy graduated from the Bayly
School of Reflexology with a Diploma in Reflexology practice.
She is also a member of the British Reflexology Association.
In
addition to using this therapy to treat general health problems, as
a practising midwife, Judy has a special interest in offering reflexology
for sub-fertility problems and during pregnancy. It can
help to minimise and relieve many minor pregnancy disorders such
as back, hip and pelvic pain, nausea, heartburn and constipation.
There is some suggestion that reflexology can also be used successfully
to encourage breech babies to turn and also to encourage the onset
of spontaneous labour.
